Who I am ?

I Am Not Your Average Fitness Coach

I am not your any Fitness Coach; I'm someone who has been through the grind, from PCOS, neck hernia, sciatica, shoulder impingement, vertigo, to the shadows of anxiety and depression. But, in the face of all this adversity I found my strength and came back stronger. My transformation journey is not just about physical transformation. It is a testament of my ability to inspire change.

Now, I am on a mission to help others find their inner and outer strength through the power of quantified nutrition and exercise. I realised a fundamental truth that everything around you truly shines when you are in good health, and when you feel good about yourself. Because, it is not merely about surviving, it's about thriving. I've not only been able to sculpt my body but sculpt my entire life.

Most clients see changes in energy and body parameters within 3 to 4 weeks. Major physical transformations (e.g. 10-15kg loss or clean muscle gains) generally require a structured 12 to 24-week timeline.

Do I need access to a full gym?

No. I customize programs for home gym setups, band workouts, or full weight rooms. Your program is tailored to whichever tools and environment you have access to.

Is the nutrition plan based on severe restrictions?

Absolutely not. I don’t believe in extreme diets, cutting out entire food groups, or eating in a way that leaves you feeling deprived and exhausted.

I am not your any Fitness Coach; I'm someone who has been through the grind, from PCOS, neck hernia, sciatica, shoulder impingement, vertigo, to the shadows of anxiety and depression. But, in the face of all this adversity I found my strength and came back stronger.

My transformation journey is not just about physical transformation. It is a testament of my ability to inspire change. I not only bring knowledge but also a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to transform both physically and mentally. I'm here to show you the path that I have walked on. The path from struggle to strength. It's not about drastic diets or gruelling workouts. It's about understanding your body, fuelling it right and moving it right. My primary goal is to raise awareness about fitness, mental health, and overall well-being. My philosophy centres on guiding others to transform not only physically but also mentally by nurturing consistent and healthy habits. I assist them in taking gradual steps towards a healthier lifestyle, emphasizing the significance of a balanced diet and regular exercise. I aim to equip them with the tools and knowledge to build both physical and mental strength, allowing them to become the best versions of themselves.

I witnessed the benefits of consistent fitness and precise nutrition "“ improved skin, regular periods, freedom from chronic pain, better posture, and a newfound mindfulness.

Astonishingly, despite my history of PCOS, I achieved my dream physique in my 40s and honed my stress management through a resilient mindset. By instilling unwavering discipline into my fitness journey, I learned to love and establish healthy boundaries for myself. This transformation extended beyond the physical realm, granting me significant mental strength.

As I pushed my limits in fitness, it provided me the courage to confront my fears head-on and instilled a deep belief in myself. This newfound mindset empowered me to see potential in everything around me and strive for excellence. I transformed my passion into a profession, becoming a qualified nutritionist and fitness coach, now aspiring to inspire others that IF I CAN DO IT, THEY CAN TOO!

3. Client responsibility

By engaging in coaching, you agree that:

  • You understand that results vary between individuals
  • You participate in training and nutrition guidance at your own discretion

You should seek medical advice before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme if unsure.

4. Payments

All coaching services must be paid in full or via an agreed payment plan before access begins.

Where payment plans are offered:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your place
  • The remaining balance will be paid in agreed instalments
  • All payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension of coaching until the account is brought up to date.

Due to the nature of personalised digital coaching:

  • All payments are non-refundable once coaching has commenced
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not provided for unused time, services, or partial participation

6. Pausing coaching

Clients may request to pause coaching if needed.

  • Pauses must be requested in advance where possible
  • Approval of pauses is at our discretion
  • Coaching time may be frozen and resumed at a later agreed date
  • Access to plans and support may be paused during this period

We aim to be flexible where possible while maintaining fair structure for both parties.

All training plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching materials are for personal use only.

They must not be:

  • Shared
  • Distributed
  • Sold
  • Reproduced

All materials remain the intellectual property of Rajni Health & Fitness.

We do not guarantee specific results.
