I am not your any Fitness Coach; I'm someone who has been through the grind, from PCOS, neck hernia, sciatica, shoulder impingement, vertigo, to the shadows of anxiety and depression. But, in the face of all this adversity I found my strength and came back stronger.
My transformation journey is not just about physical transformation. It is a testament of my ability to inspire change. Now, I am on a mission to help others find their inner and outer strength through the power of quantified nutrition and exercise. I realised a fundamental truth that everything around you truly shines when you are in good health, and when you feel good about yourself. Because, it is not merely about surviving, it's about thriving. I've not only been able to sculpt my body but sculpt my entire life.
