I am not your any Fitness Coach; I’m someone who has been through the grind, from PCOD, neck hernia, sciatica, shoulder impingement, vertigo, to the shadows of anxiety and depression. But, in the face of all this adversity I found my strength and came back stronger. My transformation journey is not just about physical transformation. It is a testament of my ability to inspire change. Now, I am on a mission to help others find their inner and outer strength through the power of quantified nutrition and exercise. I realised a fundamental truth that everything around you truly shines when you are in good health, and when you feel good about yourself.
