I am not your any Fitness Coach; I’m someone who has been through the grind, from PCOD, neck hernia, sciatica, shoulder impingement, vertigo, to the shadows of anxiety and depression. But, in the face of all this adversity I found my strength and came back stronger. My transformation journey is not just about physical transformation. It is a testament of my ability to inspire change. Now, I am on a mission to help others find their inner and outer strength through the power of quantified nutrition and exercise. I realised a fundamental truth that everything around you truly shines when you are in good health, and when you feel good about yourself. Because, it is not merely about surviving, it’s about thriving. I’ve not only been able to sculpt my body but sculpt my entire life. I not only bring knowledge but also a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to transform both physically and mentally. I’m here to show you the path that I have walked on. The path from struggle to strength. it’s not about drastic diets or gruelling workouts. It’s about understanding your body, fuelling it right and moving it right. My primary goal is to raise awareness about fitness, mental health, and overall well-being. My philosophy centres on guiding others to transform not only physically but also mentally by nurturing consistent and healthy habits. I assist them in taking gradual steps towards a healthier lifestyle, emphasizing the significance of a balanced diet and regular exercise. I aim to equip them with the tools and knowledge to build both physical and mental strength, allowing them to become the best versions of themselves.
WHERE ARE WE HEADED
I witnessed the benefits of consistent fitness and precise nutrition – improved skin, regular periods, freedom from chronic pain, better posture, and a newfound mindfulness. Astonishingly, despite my history of PCOD, I achieved my dream physique in my 40s and honed my stress management through a resilient mindset. By instilling unwavering discipline into my fitness journey, I learned to love and establish healthy boundaries for myself. This transformation extended beyond the physical realm, granting me significant mental strength. As I pushed my limits in fitness, it provided me the courage to confront my fears head-on and instilled a deep belief in myself. This newfound mindset empowered me to see potential in everything around me and strive for excellence. I transformed my passion into a profession, becoming a qualified nutritionist and fitness coach, now aspiring to inspire others that IF I CAN DO IT, THEY CAN TOO!
My Fitness Journey
Last year, I achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first South Asian woman born and raised outside the UK to ever represent in the Miss Great Britain beauty pageant and secured a top-five position in my category. I made history that night! I am also a Co-author of a book called 'Embracing Me'. I embraced bodybuilding at the age of 40 and even ventured into calisthenics, despite my two herniated discs. I was someone who had zero confidence and now have become a public speaker. Featured in some prestigious magazines: Woman's Own magazine, Seema Magazine, Ishkama Global change magazine, newspapers like: The tribune, The Indian express, etc. I feel privileged to have had opportunities to be a part of leadership workshops as a motivational Speaker in the Houses of parliament UK. This all was possible through the power of self-belief and manifestation, qualities I cultivated during my fitness journey.
